Titanium Grade 3 is the commercially pure titanium grade with high-grade alpha titanium that provides a good combination of strength, corrosion resistance, and fabricability. As titanium grade 3 has a minimum of 98.8% titanium content, it provides greater strength and lower formability than other titanium grades like Grades 1 and 2 but retains its good corrosion-resistant qualities. Its low thermal expansion coefficient and good impact resistance at lower temperatures provide good quality for use in parts that are exposed to changes in temperature. This titanium alloy is also non-magnetic and provides a good strength-to-weight ratio. It can be used in the aerospace industry, chemical process industry, marine applications, medical applications, and many other industries. Sachin Steel Centre is a reliable Titanium Grade 3 manufacturer and supplier in India, offering titanium products for diverse engineering requirements.
