Titanium Grade 5 Rod Manufacturer and Supplier in India

Titanium grade 5 rod
Titanium Grade 5 rod is manufactured from Ti 6Al 4V, an alpha-beta titanium alloy formulated for use in industries that demand lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant, and dependable mechanical properties. The titanium alloy comprises about 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium which makes it much stronger than commercially pure titanium grades while retaining low density. Titanium Grade 5 rods are usually supplied as per ASTM B348 and ASME SB348 and are specified as per UNS R56400. The titanium rods are used in marine systems, aerospace parts, chemical processing industry, power generation components as well as medical devices. Sachin Steel Centre offers Titanium Grade 5 rods of different sizes, types, specifications, and manufacturing conditions both in India and abroad.
